One for each activity is needed to document sufficient professional development and meet recertification requirements. Once you complete this online transaction, the packet (in PDF format) will be available for you to download. Follow the instructions in the packet to submit your completed forms to VGM Live At Home to maintain your C.E.A.C. credential.
Your updated certificate will be issued only after the completed renewal application has been received and approved. The certificate will be valid for two years.
